King Promise – 5 Star (Full Album)
King Promise, a musician from Ghana, has just released his second album, 5 Star. The album builds on the success of his 2019 debut, As Promised, by inventively reworking highlife and hiplife styles with modern pop and R&B frameworks. While the guest features on 5 Star’s songs, which span British drill, Dutch and Nigerian Afropop,and American hiphop, add synergistic strength to half of the songs, the other half highlight King Promise as a strong soloist.
