Fans of Kendrick Lamar have been waiting for this day for a long time. After years of buildup, the Compton rapper has returned with Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, his first full-length effort since Damn in 2017. Kendrick revealed the cover art for Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers on Wednesday. The photograph, taken by Renell Medrano, depicts Kendrick wearing a thorn crown and holding a baby, while a woman sits in the background carrying a baby. According to TMZ, the woman is Kendrick’s long-term companion Whitney Alford, and the two children are theirs. Blxst, Amanda Reifer, Taylour Paige, Sampha, Summer Walker, Ghostface Killah, Kodak Black, Baby Keem, Sam Dew, Tanna Leone, and Beth Gibbons of Portishead all appear on Kendrick’s new two-disc album.
