The song ‘Blessed,’ which is a depiction of that, depicts all of the elements of an Afrobeat song. The album ‘Son of Jacob’ is finally available. The long-awaited project by recording artist Kwesi Arthur was released tonight to a rapt audience. The song had been in the works for nearly three years before the rapper announced it on his social media accounts earlier this month. It is a 15-track album with appearances by Adekunle Gold, NSG, and Bigg Homie Flee, among others. Already-released singles include ‘Baajo’ featuring Joeboy, ‘Winning’ featuring Vic Mensa, and ‘Celebrate’ featuring Drake. Teni also made the cut, bringing the GroundUp signee’s final body of work to a close. The title of the project refers to God’s mercies, Jacob’s 12 sons, Joseph’s hardships, and victory, all of which are embodied in the protagonist – Kwesi in this case.
