Stefflon Don: I Haven’t Been On A Date Since My Breakup With Burna Boy

Stefflon Don, a British-Jamaican rap star, has stated that she has not moved on from her relationship with Nigerian

music star Burna Boy.

“We dated for two and a half years,” she admitted.

“Everyone says [they liked us together], but we had to move on,” she added, without elaborating on the reason for the split.

She also addressed speculation that Burna Boy’s new international hit ‘Last Last,’ which samples Toni Braxton’s ‘He Wasn’t Man Enough,’ is about her.

“How did I feel when I heard it?”

“He said something in there that I was like, boy that’s a lie but whatever,” the ‘Hurting Me’ hitmaker reflected, without quoting the exact lyric.

“People don’t know that we’ve actually broken up for a year now,” the 30-year-old says.

People are unaware of this because they continued to believe we were together when we were not.”

“I haven’t dated anyone in a long time.” I haven’t even gone on a date. “I’ve never been,” she stated emphatically.

When the host of the New York based Hot 97 radio show mentioned going to a restaurant atop the Eiffel Tower in France with her husband, Stefflon Don responded,

“Hopefully one day I can do that with somebody.”
